Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time All products are made-to-order. Orders go through a production period of approximately 2–7 business days before being shipped. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States:

   3–7 business days

• International:

   10–20 business days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@garmovo.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner.

International Orders International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
